Basic storage is our most popular storage service. Convenient, safe and economical,
the basic plan is the choice of the majority of AU students. The basic plan costs $239.

- You receive four free boxes and tape. The large boxes (each one measures 19"x19"x19")
provide enough space for most students, but you may always add more if needed. Box
distribution begins Monday, April 29, at our AU on-campus store.
- You choose your own personal pick-up time. You can schedule your pick-up for anytime
between May 3 and May 9. We schedule pick-ups every fifteen minutes.
- We will pick up your boxes at the front of the your dorm. They will be stored in a safe, climate
controlled warehouse during the summer.
We also provide convenient on-campus pick up from our AU Store for students not living on main
campus next semester. Our "in-room returns" and "on-campus pick up" are the epitome of customer
service and convenience. The UPS Store is proud to partner with American University Housing to offer
these excellent services to AU students.
