Pick up your boxes beginning April 27: Stop by The UPS Store to receive your boxes, tape, and labels.
Receive your detailed storage instructions: Instructions are provided in the information packet you receive when picking up your boxes.
Pack and label your items: Place the labels we provide prominently on your items. (Need more space? Additional storage information is below.)
Leave your items in your room: After packing, simply leave your labeled boxes on your bed before you depart.
What Happens Next?
After you move out, The UPS Store will collect your items directly from your room. In-room pickup begins Thursday, May 7, at 1:00 pm.
We will inventory your boxes and make note of any additional items you have in excess of the standard four-box plan.
Charges for additional storage will be added to the credit card used when you signed up.
Adding More Storage and Insurance
Need more space? Additional storage is $75/box for summer storage. This price is based on the size of our standard 18” cubed box. Larger boxes will cost more, smaller boxes will cost less. We will measure the boxes at the time of pickup to determine the exact cost.
Each storage plan comes with $500 of insurance. You may purchase additional insurance ($5 for each additional $100 of value) but you must let us know prior to leaving campus.
