In-Room Dorm Delivery Before You Return

  • Your items will be in your main campus room when return to school.
  • We work with AU Housing to place storage into the residence halls between August 16-19. Your items will be waiting for you when you return to school after these dates.
  • The UPS Store is a proud retail partner of American University. We have been on campus since 1987. We love AU students and appreciate your business.

Storage Retrieval for Off Campus Students

Off campus students may pick up their storage August 20-31 at The UPS Store on campus.  Pickup times are Monday-Friday, 10-4.

Off campus delivery is available for a $99 fee:

  • Arrangements for delivery must be made two business days in advance.
  • We provide a three hour delivery window.
  • You should be at your apartment to accept delivery from the courier.

Note: Most off-campus students elect to pick up their items from our store because it is free and more convenient. If you use Uber or Lyft, request an XL.

Avoid the off campus delivery fee by picking up your storage at our store. This is a free service.
